REFUND POLICY
Nola Hobart goes to great lengths to source the very best product for our customers. Our reputation depends on it. However, we are dealing with an organic product and on rare occasions this product may not meet expectations.
All of our arrangements are subject to change based on seasonal availability and the images on our website are for display purposes only. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or on the basis the arrangements are not as they appeared online.
Products sold on this website are a perishable, natural item and the lifespan of flowers are dependent on species, resulting in some flower varieties living longer than others. Flowers are a product of nature; availability is dependent on the seasons and market availability. As a result, not all goods produced are as pictured on www.nolahobart.com.au, by accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be discrepancies between images and produced goods.

If you think that your flowers have not lasted at least 5 days, email hello@nolahobart.com.au so we can have a chat about it.
If we are satisfied that you have cared for your flowers as recommended above, we will replace the flowers with no additional charge.
Please note that we will firstly request a photo of the flowers and flowers can only be replaced if we are able to pick up the old flowers at the same time we deliver the replacement blooms.

CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your order, please advise us in writing to hello@nolahobart.com.au as soon as practicable. Any cancellations must be made before 11am the day of delivery. Orders cancelled after this period will incur a 50% administration charge. Orders cancelled once your order is made and en route for delivery will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds can only be made back to the credit card that was used for the original purchase.
RE-DELIVERY, MONDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS DELIVERIES
By using our delivery service, you agree to let our drivers use their best professional judgement as to whether or not the flowers can be safely left at the delivery address should no one be there to receive them. We hold no liability for the flowers once they have been delivered should nobody be home to receive them.
If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery to be made (e.g. you have provided us with an incorrect address or no one is home during your selected delivery time and there is no safe place to leave the order) a redelivery fee will apply relevant to the delivery area. You will be contacted before the arrangement is redelivered and given the option to pick the arrangement up from our store at 8/29 Lincoln Street, Lindisfarne. If Nola Hobart is in any way responsible for the redelivery (e.g. we go to the wrong address), this redelivery fee will not apply.
In the rare event that there has been an issue with delivering your order and we have been unable to reach you first, we reserve the right to call the recipient. At all times your details will be kept confidential.
If a security person or concierge is obligated to receive the flowers on the recipient's behalf, we cannot accept responsibility for the flowers from this point on.
We do not offer deliveries on Monday, Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holidays.
DATES OF OPERATION
Nola Hobart is open Tuesday to Friday between 9am and 3pm and Saturday between 9am and 12pm.
Nola Hobart offers delivery of orders from Tuesday to Friday. The minimum turnaround time for delivery is the same business day. Orders placed before 11 a.m. are eligible for same day delivery. Delivery timeframes and order cut-off times are subject to change around peak seasons including but not limited to Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, and Christmas.
WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Please note that we do not deliver on Monday, Weekends or Public Holidays.
COUPONS & DISCOUNTS
Unless otherwise stated all Coupon and Discount Codes issued by Nola Hobart are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. If you use a coupon code which was not issued to you, and express written permission was not obtained from Nola Hobart, you acknowledge the rights of Nola Hobart to charge you for the amount of the discount deceitfully obtained.

All prices quoted include GST for orders placed within Australia.
